Contract: Long-term - Temporary to permanent Hours: Full-time (part-time considered) Salary: £25,000 to £26,000

A specialist SEMH school in Northwich is looking for a Sports Coach Teaching Assistant who wants to be part of something meaningful. This Sports Coach role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people through sport and structure.

Using sport and activity to engage pupils and support their emotional development

Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and self-belief

Working as part of a supportive team that puts pupils at the centre of everything

Delivering engaging activities as a Sports Coach to support learning and development

Has a background in sports coaching, youth work, care, or education

Understands that behaviour is communication, not just something to manage
