Supply Teaching Assistant Conwy Area

Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Conwy area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to gain experience across a range of primary and secondary school settings.

The Role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapting to different school settings and age groups

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Desirable:

• Welsh language skills (not essential, but advantageous)
• Experience supporting ALN/SEN pupils
