  Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Fri, 8:50am-4:20pm Location: Christchurch, Dorset

  This role requires a female Support Worker with a full UK manual driving licence, in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, to meet specific personal care needs.

  
  
  
  Role Summary
  
  

  We're seeking a caring and reliable Female Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with disabilities. You'll help individuals build independence, assist with personal care, and drive company vehicles as part of daily support.

  
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  

  • Provide high-quality day-to-day care

  • Support individuals in meaningful activities

  • Assist with all aspects of personal care

  • Drive company vehicles and escort individuals

  • Administer medication (after training)

  • Maintain accurate records and follow policies

  • Keep training up to date and attend supervision

  
  
  
  Person Requirements
  
  

  • Basic literacy and numeracy

  • Full UK manual driving licence

  • Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

  • Background in health and social care

  • Experience with disabilities (desirable)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
