Job description
Technical Account Manager/Producer
5 days a week onsite
Banbury
My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking creative business, home to focused, imaginative individuals who genuinely care about the brands they partner with. With a consultative approach at the heart of everything they do, they combine expertise, creativity, and technology to help global brands meaningfully connect with their audiences.
As a full-service partner, my client offers CAD and cardboard engineering, creative design, production, fulfilment, and global distribution. Much of their work is centred around influencer-led campaigns, where creating a memorable and unique unboxing experience is critical. As such, every project is designed to stand out, engage, and leave a lasting impression.
They are now seeking a Technical Account Manager / Producer to support continued growth within their packaging division, while maintaining the exceptionally high standards of creativity and client care they are known for.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist with a strong background in paper over board and cardboard packaging. The role will involve working closely with key clients, contributing to concept development and design, and overseeing the end-to-end production process. You will collaborate with internal teams including creative, CAD, and wide format, ensuring projects are delivered to brief, on time, and within budget. Projects will primarily support global brands in the launch and promotion of new products, often with a strong influencer focus where innovation and experience are key.
The ideal candidate will be confident challenging convention and bringing innovative ideas to life, while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience within the printing industry
- Strong understanding of fluted packaging, paper over board, and wide format processes
- Experience working on projects where creativity and customer experience are central
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires on-site presence.
My client has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality work, with a strong focus on sustainability, reducing carbon footprint, social responsibility, and adding value at every stage of the process.
They offer an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to grow, develop, and bring their creativity to the forefront. With the right tools, training, and culture in place, this is an opportunity to shape your career and make a tangible impact.
If you’re looking for a role where you can think differently, push boundaries, and create truly unique brand experiences, this could be the perfect next step.
