Job description
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager with proven experience in construction sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, manage complex client relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the construction sector
- Prioritise, plan, and coordinate project development activities in line with customer requirements
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with property stakeholders, building managers, owners, and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Manage and grow a network of contacts within the construction industry
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing high-value deals
- Conduct direct outreach and engagement with key prospects and industry stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in construction sales (essential)
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience dealing with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
