Job description

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager with proven experience in construction sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, manage complex client relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the construction sector
  • Prioritise, plan, and coordinate project development activities in line with customer requirements
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with property stakeholders, building managers, owners, and clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Manage and grow a network of contacts within the construction industry
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing high-value deals
  • Conduct direct outreach and engagement with key prospects and industry stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction sales (essential)
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience dealing with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
