Laser On Tour is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential franchisees through lead generation, developing business growth strategies, managing the franchise sales process, and maintaining ongoing communication with prospects. Additional responsibilities include conducting presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success and expansion of the franchise network.

• Expertise in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Lead Generation to identify and secure prospective franchisees
• Solid experience in Business Planning and strategy development to drive franchise growth
• Exceptional Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the beauty or personal care industry is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
