Sales Manager (Player-Coach) – Agentic Commerce | London | £260K OTE (60:40)
We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Manager for a high-growth Agentic Commerce business transforming how Retail & CPG brands operate at scale. This is a true player-coach role — leading from the front while building and scaling a top-tier team.
The role
You’ll lead a team of 5 (scaling to 10), owning enterprise deals while coaching reps to consistent overperformance. Reporting directly to the VP Sales EMEA, you’ll be instrumental in both closing revenue and building the engine.
What you’ll be doing
- Personally driving enterprise SaaS deals into Retail & CPG
- Coaching, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales team
- Leading by example — in the trenches on key deals
- Hiring and onboarding top talent as the team grows
- Bringing structure, forecasting accuracy, and deal discipline
What we’re looking for
- Proven player-coach experience in enterprise SaaS
- Track record of closing high-value, complex deals
- Experience selling into Retail / eCommerce / CPG brands
- Strong leadership + credibility with senior buyers
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and commercially sharp
