Salesforce Sales Executive

InspireAi is looking for a Salesforce Sales Executive

Job description

Role Description

We’re looking for a UKI Salesforce Sales Executive to help us scale our presence in the region. Someone who thrives in client-facing environments, knows how to build momentum, and most importantly, knows how to close.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel depending on client and team needs.

In under two years, we’ve built strong momentum: earning multiple Salesforce partner awards, joining the FDE programme, and becoming the #1 Agentforce partner in EMEA.

We already have active clients and ongoing work in the UK, alongside strong traction across Europe. Now, we’re looking for someone who can take that momentum and turn it into consistent, scalable revenue.

This isn’t a role for someone who waits for leads to land or deals to close themselves. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from shaping opportunities through to confidently getting deals over the line.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle - from early conversations through to negotiation and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within the UK market
  • Lead client conversations with clarity and confidence, shaping solutions around real business outcomes
  • Drive deals forward proactively - maintaining momentum and overcoming blockers
  • Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to scope, position, and price engagements effectively
  • Represent the business with credibility, building trust with senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, proactively identifying and driving joint opportunities
  • Balance customer needs with commercial outcomes, ensuring deals are both valuable and viable
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts, expanding relationships and revenue
  • Continuously refine how we position, sell, and differentiate our services

How We Work (and What We Value)

Build Trust – Own It, Earn It & Support Each Other

You take ownership of deals and relationships, follow through, and build credibility with clients and your team

Be Cheeky & Bold – Take Smart Risks

You challenge thinking, push conversations forward, and aren’t afraid to ask for the close

Stay Curious – Innovate Consistently

You’re always looking for better ways to sell, position, and create value for clients

Champion Customer Success – Deliver Outcomes, Exceed, Empower as a Team

You focus on meaningful outcomes — not just winning deals, but setting them up for success

Be Resourceful – Smart Solutions, Thoughtful Spending

You think commercially, qualify effectively, and focus effort where it matters most

What Good Looks Like in This Role

Ownership & Momentum

You take full responsibility for your pipeline and keep deals moving, no passive opportunities

Commercial Impact

You consistently convert opportunities into signed deals that make sense for both the client and the business

Confidence in Closing

You know when and how to ask for the business, and do so in a way that feels natural and credible

Clarity & Positioning

You simplify complex solutions into clear, compelling value for clients

Market Growth Mindset

You don’t just sell, you help shape and grow our UK presence over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong professional proficiency in English is mandatory
  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales role within a services or consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating pipeline, typically in the £50,000 to £300,000 range
  • Experience owning deals end-to-end, from initial engagement through to signed contract
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness: you understand pricing, margins, and deal viability
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you drive deals forward without needing constant direction
  • Comfortable operating in a growing business where structure is evolving and there’s room to shape the role
  • Experience selling Salesforce or CRM-related services

Why This Role Is Different

We’ve already proven demand with strong traction across Europe and an active client base in the UK.

Now we need someone focused on converting that momentum into a structured, scalable UK pipeline.

This role is about taking something that works and making it grow.

This is a role for someone who wants more than just a quota. It’s for someone who wants to build something, take ownership of a market, and grow with the business.

Benefits

Remote-First Working

Work from anywhere in the UK with flexibility and autonomy

Annual Company Summit (Europe)

A yearly offsite to connect, collaborate, and reset as a team

Unlimited Leave (with Accountability)

Take the time you need, while ensuring commitments are met

Build a future-ready career

Work closely with AI and Agentforce-led solutions, gaining exposure to where the Salesforce ecosystem is heading, not where it’s been
