OUR MISSION
We are a growing, ambitious company with a clear vision to grow and develop our sales overseas.
Initially to strengthen the relationships we have built with our existing partners.
Thereafter to find, grow and develop new partners initially across Europe then the rest of the World.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As our Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our international growth expansion.
This is a hands-on role directly responsible for revenue growth, developing existing and new partnerships, and expanding our global footprint for our different brands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage and grow our existing overseas partner base.
• Ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue new export opportunities.
• Initial focus on European markets before expanding worldwide.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements that meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to monitors our approach.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to uncover new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams in logistics, marketing, and product management.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• A proven track record in export sales or international business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Cultural awareness and genuine adaptability.
• Self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to thrive on ambitious targets.
• Take full ownership of delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional European languages will be an advantage.
• Confidence and flexibility to travel internationally.
• A sharp commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunity and act on it decisively.
