Our client is hiring multiple ambitious Business Development Managers to join their London sales team. You’ll work with experienced industry leaders and top-tier tech, learn the FX market from the ground up, and build a high-earning career in one of the most exciting sectors in financial services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business and growing revenue through outbound sales activity
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Speaking with decision-makers, handling objections and converting opportunities
  • Learning the FX / Payments market and advising businesses on solutions
  • Working closely with top-performing sales leaders and mentors
  • Using CRM systems to track performance and activity
  • Becoming a trusted expert in a high-growth market


What They’re Looking For

  • 18 months+ years outbound sales experience in a sales environment
  • Strong hunger to earn and progress
  • Resilient, competitive and target-driven mindset
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Coachable, ambitious and eager to learn a new industry

Salary & Earnings

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission with strong earning potential (£100k+)


Interview Process (2–3 Weeks)

Stage 1: 20-minute intro call / video interview with X4

Stage 2: Face-to-face interview in Central London office

Stage 3: Final interview including short presentation / mock cold call
