The Role:
Newly created territory role managing an established NHS customer base across ENT, reconstructive plastics and otology. You'll drive growth through upselling and cross-selling a varied portfolio, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and specialist nurses.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-led position with strong product training and real ownership of your territory. Expect a hands-on, field-based role with daily customer interaction.
What You'll Need:
* Proven hospital sales experience (technical/solution-led)
* 3+ years territory management experience
* Strong key account management skills
* Ability to manage and grow a diverse product portfolio
Package:
* Basic salary up to £62k DOE
* £25k uncapped commission
* Company car + full benefits
* 25 days holiday
