The actual Job:
You’ll be out there finding new clients for Jam Pan, spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and turning curious prospects into happy partners.
You won’t be doing this alone of course. You’ll team up with our Fractional Marketing Director (yes, that’s a real title) and a bunch of clever humans across marketing, tech, learning, and talent.
Your mission:
- Take warm-ish leads and make them actually exciting
- Build relationships that don’t feel like sales-y nonsense
- Understand what’s keeping organisations up at night
- Show them how Jam Pan can fix it (in a smart, non-boring way)
- Guide deals from “hello” → “proposal” → “let’s do this”
