  • Senior Amazon Account Manager
  • £65-75k + Performance-Driven Package
  • Birmingham | Hybrid Working (1-2 days on site)

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping this journey, working within a collaborative, ambitious, and data-driven environment.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will take full ownership of the Amazon marketplace, leading both strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth. The Senior Amazon Account Manager will manage all commercial levers including pricing, performance marketing, and content optimisation, while collaborating closely with internal teams and agency partners. The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a key role in scaling customer acquisition, improving conversion, and strengthening long-term brand presence. The Senior Amazon Account Manager will also drive innovation and continuous improvement through a highly analytical and commercially focused approach.


The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Own the Amazon P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Lead trading strategy, pricing, promotions, and Buy Box performance
  • Drive visibility, conversion, and share of voice across key categories
  • Manage agency partners and oversee performance marketing strategy
  • Optimise listings, A+ content, and storefront to best-in-class standards


Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central with full ownership
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising and agency management
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into growth strategies
  • Experience driving customer acquisition and subscription growth
