The role

As a wound care Territory Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, building trusted relationships and positioning the organisation as a long term partner of choice. You will combine strategic territory planning with hands on clinical education, working closely with a local matrix team to unlock opportunities and deliver results.


This is not a transactional sales role. It is about influence, insight and credibility in a complex healthcare environment.


What you will be responsible for

• Owning and delivering a robust territory and business plan to maximise account growth

• Growing compression business through high quality clinical education and training

• Educating and supporting external clinical teams on compression aetiology and application

• Driving sales performance against agreed targets and market share objectives

• Using CRM systems and data insight to prioritise activity and optimise territory planning

• Supporting formulary inclusion and ensuring strong pull through at a local level

• Delivering confident, engaging clinical and product presentations

• Applying challenger selling principles and current marketing messages

• Building long term, trust based relationships across community and acute settings

• Managing study days, customer meetings and exhibitions within the territory

• Continuously developing clinical, commercial and therapeutic knowledge

• Sharing insight and best practice through regional and national collaboration


What you will bring

• Experience in healthcare sales or a strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector

• A credible, confident communication style with the ability to influence at multiple levels

• Strong planning and organisational skills with a data driven mindset

• A results focused, resilient approach with the ability to adapt to change

• A collaborative, team oriented way of working

• Confidence presenting to clinical audiences in formal and informal settings

• High level of IT literacy, including CRM systems


Background and qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• Experience or interest in wound care or compression is advantageous
