Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Residential

Job description

My client are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a busy project team working on several large-scale residential developments, including 22‑storey schemes in London that have recently gone live.

Due to a sudden influx of work ranging from newly bid projects to long‑dormant schemes, the team requires immediate senior-level support.

Interviews will be taking place on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Key Details

• Contract Role
• Rate: £40–£45 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
• Start: Interview this week and onboarding available next week
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Hackney office – 3 days per week onsite (required due to project complexity)

Role Requirements

• Senior-level Electrical Design Engineer
• Strong client-facing experience
• Proven background on large residential / high-rise projects
• Ability to work under pressure and integrate quickly into an active team

Technical Skills

• Amtech
• Dialux
• Relux
• Revit (desirable)
