Class 2 Driver

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 (HGV 2) Driver to join a well-established transport operation delivering palletised goods. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Multi-drop delivery and collection of palletised goods
• Start time: 06:30am
• Local and regional routes
• Use of tail lift and pump truck
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Completing relevant paperwork and adhering to transport regulations

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous multi-drop or pallet network experience preferred
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Positive, can-do attitude and good customer service skills

What's on Offer:

• £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
• Temp to perm opportunity
