HGV Class 2 Driver Temp to Permanent Opportunity
Location: Cumbernauld, Scotland (occasional travel to Manchester & Hull)
Pay: £18 per hour (temporary) ? £28,000£30,000 upon permanent placement
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (13-week probation period)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Class 2 HGV Driver to join a growing logistics team. The role involves operating a Moffett-equipped vehicle to deliver faade panels across Scotland, with occasional longer-distance deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as part of a two-person driving team
- Assist with warehouse duties as required
- Undertake occasional deliveries to Manchester and Hull
- Complete routes with minimal overnight stays
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 HGV licence
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
