Class 2 Refuse Driver (RCV) - Gloucester

Manpower is currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Refuse Drivers (RCV) to join a well-established and reputable waste management company based in Gloucester.

The Role

As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be working across Gloucestershire, operating an RCV vehicle and supporting commercial waste and recycling collections.

Your duties will include:

• Driving Class 2 (Category C) Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs)
• Collecting waste and recycling from commercial premises
• Delivering and exchanging bins where required
• Completing daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork/logs
• Ensuring loads are safely secured at all times
• Providing a professional and courteous service on all routes

Shift Details

• Early morning starts: 4:00am or 5:00am
• Full-time, ongoing work

What We're Looking For

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Valid CPC card
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
• Previous experience driving RCVs or similar vehicles (desirable but not essential)
• A reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
