The role is home‐based, offering strong work‐life balance, with opportunities to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a minimum of 70 training days per year across face‐to‐face, virtual, and 1‐2‐1 sessions

Maintain a consistent and engaging teaching approach across programmes

Act as a key contact for teaching‐related queries

Update and improve course materials

Support learners with subject‐specific guidance

Assist internal teams with your subject knowledge when required

Work closely with Programme Leads to support delivery

The PersonTo succeed as a Course Tutor, you will need:

Experience delivering training or teaching programmes

A recognised teaching or training qualification

MCIPS/FCIPS status, or working towards it

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence using virtual learning tools

The ability to manage your time and meet deadlines

A supportive and professional approach to working with learners
