It is intense but hugely rewarding and on successful completion, you will receive accreditations and qualifications from industry recognised bodies such as:The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)Association for Project Management (APM)Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP)British Tunnelling Society (BTS)The Institute of Leadership (IOL)You will also begin your journey with professional associations such as The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).STRABAG'S Recruitment & Selection Process:Our graduate selection process shall comprise of the following stages:ApplicationOnline assessmentShortlistingGraduate Assessment CentreRole Requirements: Assist in the preparation of project final accountsAssisting in the preparation of internal or external reportsCash management including WIP control and cash flow productionDrafting of subcontracts including professional servicesIdentification of insurance claims and understanding policy coverageIdentifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and change control measuresMeasurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as requiredSupport with any tender preparation processesSupporting in the preparation of valuations/applications for paymentUse the cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirementsUtilise cost controlling systems and methods
