This part‐time role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, property coordination, and administrative tasks within a collaborative and award-winning IT services consultancy.

Role OverviewThe Junior Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the operations team, coordinate property‐related tasks, and ensure smooth daily business operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‐career professionals seeking progression opportunities in administration and property support.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice and Administrative Support

Provide daily administrative support to the operations team

Maintain organised records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets

Manage scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation

Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders)

Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination

Property Coordination

Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs

Assist with safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits

Support documentation and compliance processes (leases, certificates)

Assist with rent tracking and budget expense monitoring

Required Skills and Experience

Recent graduate or early‐career professional (open to all backgrounds)

Strong organisation and time‐management skills

Excellent communication and customer service approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proactive and reliable, able to manage varied tasks independently

Driving licence (preferred for occasional site visits)

Experience in administration or property‐related fields
