Seasonal Retail Assistant – WHSmith – Moto Hospitality

Location: Swansea Services, M4 Junction 47, Penllergaer, Swansea SA4 9GT

Salary: £12.40 per hour

Shifts: Various shift times

Responsibilities

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‐centric mindset

Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas

Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day's trade
