Https://threepipereply.comRole Overview A Junior Designer at Threepipe Reply supports the creative team in delivering high-quality, on-brand design across digital and print channels, helping to translate briefs into clear, engaging visual outputs. Working closely with designers, strategists, and account teams, the role focuses on building core design craft, learning agency ways of working, and contributing to campaigns and always-on content—while developing an understanding of client needs, brand guidelines, and production requirements to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. This role will be based in London Victoria 3 days a week, with 2 days a week remote working.Responsibilities Produceday-to-day design assets (e.g., social content, digital display, email/CRM layouts, basic print collateral) in line with brand guidelinesSupport the team in turningcreative briefs into concepts and executions, including moodboards, layout explorations, and simple visual systemsPrepare and supplyproduction-ready artwork (correct specs, file formats, resolutions, bleed/crop, versioning) and maintain tidy working filesCollaborate with colleagues to apply feedback and complete amends efficiently, ensuringquality control (alignment, typography, accessibility basics, consistency)Assist withasset management (organising libraries, sourcing imagery/icons/fonts appropriately, maintaining templates) and help keep projects structuredContribute to team learning by staying up to date with design trends and tools, and proactively seeking guidance tobuild craft and speed while meeting deadlinesAbout the candidate Have 1-2 years' experience in design, preferably in an Agency settingHave an excellent understanding Adobe Creative Suite. Including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects and Premiere are a bonusHave a keen interest in keeping on top of social trends to ensure we're delivering high level social creativeIdeally have knowledge / experience designing across all social platforms, otherwise a basic understanding of the differences between platformsHave experience working with Figma and understanding of UX/UI best practice and principles is highly desirableShow an understanding of creative AI developments and processes, always looking to make your work as efficient as possibleBe highly proactive and efficient – able to work collaboratively as well as to push and develop ideas independentlyReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
