Job description

EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group, is currently recruiting for a part-time HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day‐to‐day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU.

Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility.

Manage the talent acquisition process and collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for job openings.

Administer the onboarding and new hire process.

Recommend and research learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Maintain compliance and provide specialist advice regarding local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation's HRIS and talent management systems.

Experience

Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

HR certification desirable.

Physical Requirements

Office‐based.
