Junior Advance & Touring Agent

Job description

Setting the StageThis role sits at the heart of how NTRP supports artists — combining meticulous touring planning with genuine industry relationship-building. You'll lead on Advancing and Touring logistics for artists across our diverse roster. You'll be part of a collaborative team where each member has their own focus: Advancing, Travel, Production and overall NTRP training and development.

If you're someone who finds joy in sorting the details, thrives on tour-time energy, and knows their way around both spreadsheets and soundchecks — this is your role.

Your Set ListThis isn't your average advancing gig — we're looking for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of live music, has a soft spot for DJs and electronic culture, and loves building authentic, long-term relationships.

This role combines the precision and coordination of advancing with the curiosity and connection-building of business development. You\'ll make sure our clients are looked after from first brief to final beat — and you\'ll also be out in the world, representing NTRP at shows, events, and everything in between. You'll be focused on the DJ side of the business, working alongside a wider team covering bands, international markets, and supplier partnerships.

It's fast-moving, people-first, and no two days look the same. If you love music, are great with people, and have top-tier attention to detail, you'll feel right at home.

You're the person who makes the magic happen behind the scenes. From the moment a booking lands to the minute the client steps off stage, you're on it. Your goal? To make sure everything runs smoothly and the artist (and everyone else involved) feels supported, informed, and relaxed.

Support the full advance process for bookings — including logistics, riders, specs, schedules, ground travel logistics, visa requirements, hospitality, and guest lists

Coordinate with artists, agents, management teams, promoters, and suppliers to confirm details and ensure expectations are aligned

Input and update all relevant show details in the NTRP App, ensuring everyone has access to real-time, accurate information

Maintain internal systems and calendars to keep the wider team in the loop

Proactively flag potential issues or missing info — and chase it up before it becomes a problem

Be a go-to point of contact for clients pre-show — answering questions, checking in, and keeping everything running smoothly

Collaborate with others across the team to hand over, follow up, and keep the client journey joined-up

Help onboard new clients, setting the tone for what working with NTRP feels like

Look back on shows to spot learnings, improvements, and wins we can build on

Be part of the team that keeps raising the bar — for ourselves, our clients, and the whole NTRP experience

You\'re a music lover with a genuine connection to DJ and electronic culture

You\'re warm, personable, and build trust quickly — whether in person or over email

You\'re organised and detail-oriented — the kind of person who remembers everything and follows through

You\'re comfortable juggling multiple things at once and thrive in high-energy environments

You\'re curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve how we work and who we work with

You\'re comfortable with structure but happy to flex and evolve as the role grows
