Purpose of the roleEnsure that delivery of premium customer service is your number one priority and always put the customer needs first.
Responsibilities
Use product knowledge and various selling techniques (fit, sizing, fabric content, ranges, etc.) to fulfil customers' needs.
Meet individual and store sales targets by maximizing sales at every opportunity through the use of ATV, link selling, and add‐on opportunities.
Maintain awareness of store and company best‐sellers to increase sales opportunities.
Welcome everyone entering the store with a friendly and warm open approach.
Welcome new team members, ensuring they are welcomed and supported in the store.
Act as a team player and identify when somebody in the team needs support.
Qualifications
Fully flexible with a salary that meets or exceeds the national minimum wage for your age.
At least 1 year of retail experience (essential).
