Pay & Working HoursHourly rate starts at £14.18, increasing to £15.45 for in‐M25 stores. Additional payments may apply depending on location. New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for fewer hours (minimum 12).

Responsibilities

Ensure van and trays are clean and tidy.

Keep the back yard clean and clear of rubbish; pick up litter.

Wash trays as part of the tray‐wash process.

Load the van as required and check for road‐worthiness.

Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.

Treat products with care as if they were yours.

Explain to customers that no additional charge applies for substitutions.

Deliver within the customer's time slot.

Call the customer before arrival if early.

Call the store/centre if running 30+ minutes late.

Qualifications & Requirements

Share improvement ideas with managers and colleagues.

Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Age 18 or older (must have passed school leaver's age). No candidates under 18 for roles involving early/late hours, warehouse or product handling.
