Junior Account ManagerLocation: Central Manchester

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (DOE) + Bonuses

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll join a growing account management and sales team, supporting a portfolio of global clients. You'll be learning how to manage relationships, spot opportunities, and deliver value—building the foundations for a successful career in account management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support the management and development of client accounts

Build strong relationships and act as a key point of contact for client queries

Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services

Monitor client satisfaction and help resolve issues in a timely manner

Prepare reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders

About You

Some experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a similar client‐facing role

Strong communication and relationship‐building skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Passionate and eager to learn, proactive, and solution‐oriented

Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment

Multilingual skills are a huge plus , particularly when supporting international clients
