You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to bring our strategy to life and ensure every employee understands the important role they play in DAZN's success.The Role: Leading DAZN Group's Employee Communications, you will define and deliver our global internal communication strategy. You'll create the platforms, messaging and leadership visibility required to build clarity, belief and engagement across the organisation. This role is central to embedding a high-performance culture, supporting organisational change, and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all markets. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver meaningful employee experiences at scale.What You'll Be Doing Develop and deliver a clear, outcome-focused employee communications strategy and annual plan aligned to DAZN's business objectives to ensure employees understand and have confidence in the company's strategy and priorities.Ensure leadership visibility through a strong cadence of CEO and leader communications, including town halls, videos, written updates and recognition.Work closely with HR to design and deliver communication plans that embed a strong performance culture across the business.Effectively communicate key initiatives, organisational change, business performance, tech and product developments and support issues management.Own and evolve the employee communication channel mix and audience segmentation to ensure a regular flow of company news to keep employees informed, connected and proud.Measure and analyse communication effectiveness using data, insights and employee feedback, continuously improving approach.What You'll Bring Proven experience leading internal communications in a global organisationStrong track record of designing and delivering structured, strategic communication programmesExperience supporting organisations through change, including transformation, M&A, or crisis communicationsAbility to translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging messagingStrong focus on outcomes, with experience measuring and improving communication effectivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detailExperience managing multi-channel communication environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levelsBenefits Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days' annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
