Junior Business Analyst (Payroll and Time & Attendance)My client, a global bank based in London, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with Payroll and T&A experience on contract basis. Paying up to £355pd Umbrella rate. 2 days per week in the Sheffield office. Contract until end of Dec 2026.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of end-to-end Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, including regulatory requirements

Experience with SAP solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors) and broader technical ecosystems

Solid understanding of Agile, transformation, and risk management practices

Knowledge of LEAN and experience in leading change and re-engineering processes on a global scale.

Demonstrated experience delivering Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects in a Business Analyst role

Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders across diverse, global teams

Experience managing project controls, including financials, operations, and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

Support delivery of Payroll & Time & Attendance transformation projects, working closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers

Gather and analyse business requirements, contributing to functional design, process mapping, and solution documentation (SDD)

Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, defining future ("to-be") processes

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, execution tracking, and progress reporting

Support training development and delivery for HR and business users on new systems and processes

Contribute to change management, communications, and risk identification/mitigation activities
