We are seeking an ambitious Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant who shares our values and is eager to grow within a dynamic, niche business. What You'll Need

Excellent communication, resilience, and sales skills

Previous experience in a sales-focused role

Confidence in working towards challenging targets and deadlines

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
