Job description

We are instructed by this profitable mid‐market international law firm with a strong City presence, seeking an experienced Pensions Partner to join its growing practice. The firm advises a diverse client base including listed companies, financial institutions, trustees and sponsors, and has a particular focus in the tech / high growth space. They are well known for delivering technically excellent advice with a highly commercial focus.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in pensions law, advising on complex scheme issues, de‐risking projects, corporate transactions and regulatory matters. There is a genuine platform to further develop and lead the pensions offering, working closely with corporate, employment, tax and disputes colleagues across the firm's international offices. The role would suit a partner with an existing client following or a senior practitioner ready to step into partnership with support to build their practice.
