A really exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a unique, premium events and conferencing business.
This is very much a new business role ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and enjoys being out in the market building relationships and generating opportunities.
Not a typical hospitality hire. The team is open to candidates from luxury, property, private aviation, financial services, or other high-end, relationship-led sales environments.
The role:
- Driving new business and revenue growth
- Building your own pipeline through outreach, networking and relationships
- Working closely with high-value clients and senior stakeholders
- Supporting a small team and leading from the front
About you:
- Strong background in B2B sales / business development
- Naturally proactive and target-driven
- Proven at winning and closing new business
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment
