Barista - Woking Area - Experience Required

Constellation are on the lookout for enthusiastic, coffee-loving baristas to join our Front of House team and help create memorable moments—one great cup at a time ☕✨

Working Pattern

Various shifts 7 days a week - typically 10am - 6pm

What You’ll Do

As a Barista, you’ll be right at the heart of fast-paced, exciting environments, serving top-quality drinks with confidence and care. Your role will include:

☕ Crafting barista-style drinks, including:

• Cappuccinos
• Lattes
• Flat whites
• Americanos
• Espressos & double espressos
• Mochas
• Hot chocolates & teas

Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard (including dairy alternatives)

Serving food and grab-and-go items

Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care

Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked, and well-presented

Delivering warm, friendly service—every time

From early-morning conference rushes to buzzing exhibition days, you’ll help keep guests energised and smiling.

What We’re Looking For

✨ Friendly, confident people-person with excellent customer service skills

✨ Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

✨ Positive team player with a can-do attitude

✨ Great attention to detail and pride in drink quality

✨ At least 2 months’ barista experience on a manual machine!
