What you'll doRespond to customer requests via telephone, email, and web chatLog all requests using the appropriate call logging softwareResolve issues or provide advice and guidance where possible over the phoneAssign calls to the relevant support teams when neededAction Back Office requests when requiredAdvise customers and support teams on known problems/workaroundsKeep customers updated on the progress of their request or incidentContribute to team success by meeting agreed personal targets

Previous customer service experience is an advantage. IT knowledge is desirable, but full training will be provided to help you succeed.What you'll bringExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA genuine passion for delivering great customer serviceWillingness to learn and adaptAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skillsConfidence working under pressure
