Do you have hands-on experience working with additional needs or disabilities? Are you confident supporting conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, MLD, SpLD, or other learning challenges? The Role SEN Learning Support Assistant

In this engaging and fulfilling role, you will support pupils across a variety of Key Stages within the classroom. You'll play an important part in helping students access the curriculum, stay engaged in lessons, and achieve their individual learning outcomes.

You'll need to be adaptable and proactive, supporting pupils to build confidence and develop independence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with class activities, encouraging participation, and supporting both academic progress and social development.

You'll Be
* Experienced in supporting SEN or additional needs (formal qualifications are not essential)
* Comfortable working within a school environment, even if you havent before
* A clear and confident communicator, able to engage and support pupils effectively
* Committed to encouraging independence, wellbeing, and positive behaviour
