What we’re looking for
- Proven background in sales, business development, account management, or a senior hospitality role
- Agency recruitment experience is ideal, especially across hospitality, retail, or service sectors
- Comfortable winning new business, negotiating terms, and building proper recruitment solutions
- Confident managing and growing key accounts, not just maintaining them
- Able to handle volume – both in terms of candidates and incoming enquiries – without dropping quality
