OverviewRegistered General Nurse (RGN) required for Day/Night shifts in Care Homes and Nursing Homes in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Immediate start available through reach24 (www.reach24.co.uk).

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in care and nursing home settings.

Deliver patient-centered care that is safe, compassionate, and evidence-based.

Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Uphold professional standards and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

RGN status with current NMC Pin

Right to Work and live in the UK

Recent relevant experience – minimum 6 months as a Nurse in the UK

Valid DBS (less than 6 months old or registered with the Update Service) and up-to-date trainings

Reliable and committed; hard-working and willing to learn
