Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.31/hour upon completion of Exemplar Care Certificate)

Key Responsibilities

Support residents with personal care routines

Assist residents at meal times

Understand and respond to individual health and wellbeing needs

Encourage and support participation in social activities inside and outside the home

Promote choice, dignity, independence, and respectComplete and maintain accurate care records

Candidate Requirements

Relevant experience and qualifications valued but not essential

Ability to manage and defuse challenging situations

Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude

Strong listening and communication skills

Minimum of 6 months UK experience in complex care preferred

Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week

UK work authorisation required (sponsorship not available)
