The OpportunityJoin our Global Retail Excellence & Education team and help create innovative learning education experiences for our retail teams worldwide. In this graduate position, you will dive into exciting projects, from digital learning platforms to global development program rollouts, while building skills in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. What you'll get to do

Explore Digital Learning Tools: Support global education platforms, assist with testing and feedback, and help improve user experience across markets.

Coordinate Education Rollouts: Contribute to launching education programs worldwide, track progress, and ensure smooth implementation tailored to local needs.

Elevate Service Standards: Help support and analyse Mystery Shopping data and reports, spot trends, and share insights that transform the retail experience.

Build Global Community Connections: Organise events, create newsletters, and share best practices to keep our global education network informed and inspired.

Support Daily Operations & Projects: Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation; assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination; prepare impactful presentations for leadership updates; and keep project dashboards and progress reports up to date.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology or related field

Professional work experience or internship in retail, luxury, hospitality or tech is beneficial

Fluent English: proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
