Student Ambassador – Birmingham CampusQA Higher Education | Flexible Part-Time Work (QAHE Enrolled Students Only)

About the RoleAs a QAHE Student Ambassador, you'll be a key representative of QA Higher Education, supporting a wide range of on‐campus and off‐campus activities. From open days and campus tours to enrolment and student socials, every shift brings something new.

What You'll Be Doing

Represent QAHE at on‐campus and external events

Deliver engaging campus tours

Support enrolment, induction & student welcome activities

Assist with event set‐up and logistics

Answer questions about your course and student life

Support departments with light admin tasks

Be a positive role model and share your student journey

What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled full‐time on a QAHE undergraduate or postgraduate course

Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic

Great communication and listening skills

A team player with initiative

Organised, punctual and professional

No experience needed – full training provided!

Experience in societies, volunteering or customer‐facing roles is a bonus

About QAHEWe work with partner universities to deliver programmes from foundation to postgraduate levels across Business, Computing, Cyber, Digital Marketing, Events, Project Management, and Web Development.
