The Challenge:Ignite the Next Generation of Elite Talent

Drive performance at the 2023 Ealing Sports Club of the Year and an official England Hockey Talent Certified Club. We are seeking a dynamic Coach for our Junior Talent Centre to accelerate the technical and tactical development of our most promising U12–U16 players, bridging the performance gap to National Age Group squads.

Your High-Impact Mission

Lead high-intensity and engaging sessions, championing advanced technical skill and cutting‐edge game intelligence.

Deliver individualised mentorship and collaborate on fast‐traking " emerging talent " into performance squads.Utilise video analysis to elevate tactical awareness.

Are You the Coach We\'re Looking For?You must be a "player-centred" coach with lived experience in a competitive performance environment.

Performance DNA: Playing Pedigree within the England Hockey System to at least Regional Junior level (e.g., Talent Academy/former JRPC).

Required Certification: England Hockey Club Coach Award (Level 2) or actively working towards it.

Compliance: Possess the 'Right to Work' in the UK and be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Character: Energetic, professional, and a "student of the game" capable of inspiring the next generation.
