Overview:

Our client is a global pioneer in renewable energy technology, recognized worldwide for delivering best‑in‑class solar inverter and energy storage solutions. With thousands of employees across multiple continents and a track record spanning decades, their technology underpins utility-scale and commercial renewable projects in more than 150 countries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with key UK clients, including utilities and project developers, acting as their primary commercial contact.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying and unlocking growth opportunities in ESS projects.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, from early-stage engagement and technical-commercial consultation through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to senior leadership to support wider business and product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, project delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the UK business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, strengthening brand presence and expanding the client network.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll combine strong commercial instincts with deep market knowledge and the confidence to operate at senior stakeholder level.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience selling Energy Storage Systems in the UK market.
  • A strong understanding of the UK ESS landscape, including regulations, market trends, key developers, utilities, and competitors.
  • A demonstrable track record of managing complex key accounts and growing long-term strategic partnerships through consultative selling.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international travel.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural, international environment.

What’s On Offer:

  • The chance to play a defining role in the UK’s clean energy transition.
  • Join a global market leader with financial strength, long-term vision, and cutting-edge technology.
  • A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your impact is visible and valued.
  • Attractive compensation and benefits package.
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
  • A genuinely international culture that values openness, inclusion, and diverse perspectives.

If you’re passionate about energy storage, thrive on building strategic partnerships, and want to help shape the future of sustainable power in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
