Pro4orm People Ltd are partnering with a growing, SME pharmaceutical company who are patient centric and provide market leading products.


We are looking to speak to key account managers who have strong sales experience and who thrives on new challenges. This role would suit someone who is highly motivated with an enthusiastic and flexible approach. This position focuses on building customer alliances, identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.


This is a permanent, field-based role covering Hertfordshire, West Essex and North London. Covering primary and secondary care customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the account sales goals and objectives in line with our clients company cultural values.
  • Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve stretching targets for the continued growth of your portfolio.
  • Manage the territory budget and accurately report budget activity to your management.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of NHS structures and strategies to demonstrate a drive towards partnership working with our NHS colleagues and develop account plans aligned to this aim.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key healthcare professionals and take a high science approach focused on identifying needs and providing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge and relationships with account payers.
  • Actively demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, ethical behaviour and integrity in all aspects of the KAM role.
  • Maintain an excellent level of continuous improvement, including your own personal and professional growth to grow territory sales and accomplish territory objectives.


Requirements:

  • Science / business-based degree
  • Demonstrable sales success
  • Knowledge of the current NHS structure and private healthcare providers
  • Scientific or clinical background
  • Experience with pharmacy and other collaboration partners
  • ABPI qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
