CLIENT ADVISOR – Luxury Jewellery & Accessories

Location: Luxury Boutique / Department Store

Hours: Full-time – 40h

Salary: up to £32,000 + Bonus & Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Deliver exceptional client service across both sales and after-sales
• Maintain the highest standards of brand representation and product knowledge
• Act as a role model in client engagement, building long-term relationships and loyalty
• Develop personalised clienteling strategies to drive engagement and sales opportunities

About You

• Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong sales track record
• Passion for luxury jewellery, craftsmanship, and client experience
• Strong understanding of clienteling and high-end customer service
• Motivated, target-driven, and confident in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Previous experience within jewellery or luxury accessories is highly desirable
