As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our sales team while helping maintain a positive and efficient office environment.


The Role


This is a varied and fast-paced role combining sales administration with office coordination. You will play a key part in supporting the sales team’s performance through accurate data management, lead qualification, and administrative support, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Administration Support:


• Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage and prioritise daily tasks

• Contact leads via phone to verify, update, and qualify information

• Research and identify new business contacts using internal systems and online tools

• Maintain and update CRM records accurately (HubSpot experience preferred)

• Support sales campaigns through mail merges and professional correspondence

• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations


Office Coordination Duties:


• Ensure the office is well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked

• Manage ordering of office supplies and monitor inventory levels

• Coordinate weekly office perks, including fruit deliveries and breakfast provisions

• Support the organisation of staff events and internal activities

• Support the Operations director with general office needs and day-to-day coordination


Skills & Experience Required


• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (including mail merge)

• CRM experience essential (ideally HubSpot)

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
