What's On Offer
- £28,000 - £30,000 base + £8,000 OTE
- Hybrid working (3 days Coventry office, 2 days home)
- 2 weeks' face-to-face sales training in Manchester with Furza (ISP accredited)
- Clear progression path into Business Development roles
- 25 days holiday (rising to 30 after 5 years) + option to buy more

The Role
Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll:
- Engage potential customers through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Handle inbound enquiries and qualify new opportunities
- Communicate Thinventory's value proposition with confidence
- Hit (and beat) activity and pipeline targets
- Hand qualified leads to the sales team and keep CRM records sharp
About you
- No sales experience required, we'll provide the training
