Role RequirementsWe are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:

Buccal Midazolam

PEG

Suction and Neb

BiPap

Essential Criteria

Must be fluent in English - this is a specific request from the client's family

Proven experience in a complex care role

Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)

Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

Self‐employed or willing to register

Important NoteWe have had applicants who did not have sufficient complex care experience, we are looking to shortlist only highly experienced candidates at this stage.
