About the Supporter Engagement Officer RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join SHP's fundraising team and play a key role in how we connect with and grow our community of supporters. As a Supporter Engagement Officer, you will help build meaningful, long‐term relationships with people who are passionate about ending homelessness in London, using digital fundraising and challenge events to bring that connection to life. You will shape supporter journeys that feel personal, engaging and impactful, from first donation to ongoing support.

You'll take ownership of delivering creative, insight‐led campaigns across the year, with a particular focus on challenge events and our annual Christmas appeal. By using digital tools and data, you'll understand what resonates with supporters and continuously improve how we communicate, grow income and strengthen loyalty. The role also offers the chance to get involved in wider projects, such as developing new audiences and gathering authentic content that reflects real impact.

Our hybrid working model means the role is currently 2 days per week at our Head Office in Kings Cross with the remaining 3 days from home. Specific days will be discussed with the line manager.

About YouExperience delivering supporter engagement or fundraising activity, ideally across digital channels and challenge events, with a focus on building lasting relationships.Confident using, or keen to learn, digital fundraising tools such as FundraiseUp, Mailchimp, JustGiving, Let's Do This, Shopify or WordPress.Able to use insight and data to shape campaigns, improve supporter journeys and increase engagement, income and retention.Creative and proactive, with the confidence to try new ideas and contribute to a team that values innovation and doing things differently.Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while keeping supporters at the heart of your work.
