A nationwide care provider is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support a female Service User with complex clinical needs, including Rheumatoid Arthritis and a Tracheostomy. The role entails providing essential care, including tracheostomy management and vital signs monitoring. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience, a driving license, and must be comfortable supporting a registered blind individual. Full training will be provided.
